Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi,

One Attribute group (A) has say 5 Attributes.(a,b,c,d,e)

One user is updating the attribute 'a' for an Item I1 by a change order CO1

Another user is updating the attribute 'b' for same Item I1 by a change order CO2, almost at same time.

One change order got implemented and another did not? Why?What should be the normal behaviour?
