Refresh PY8212 from PD812

Hi, I have to refresh PY812 from PD812. We have 8.98/812 on Windows 2003. The SQL server 2005 database size of production is 75Gig. Can I get the exact step-by-step doing this refresh, which environment and server to login to do the refresh, how much approximate time this can take based on 75Gig data.
