How to call Account Generator Workflow ?

Hi , I would like to setup a personalization at Purchase Orders form,  that is when approve the PO , will call Account Generator  Workflow.  My client creates the PO by autocreate form, and he has customized the Account Generator Workflow, But Autocreate form doesn't call it. So need to create a personalization. Could anyone provide me some information about calling Account Generator  Workflow ?
