unable to launch RPM application JNLP

Hi ,

I am unable to launch RPM application on my local machine..

i have downloaded JNLP file when i click on it to start i receive below exception

com.sun.deploy.net.FailedDownloadException: Unable to load resource: http://{OUR HOST NAME}:17003/rpm-client/lib/rpm_client_config.jar

Host name is a public IP

Same application is working perfectly fine when i use VNC viewer.

Can anybody help me out this
