Unable to remove or detach faulted disk.please give me any informatrion clear also not cleared degraded state pool

pool: oraecompdb1
  state: DEGRADED
status: One or more devices are faulted in response to IO failures.
action: Make sure the affected devices are connected, then run 'zpool clear'.
