[EBS JDBC] How to add "-Djava.io.tmpdir=$HOME/tmpdir" to EBS R12 JDBC process?

Hi, Gurus

I want implenment the solution of below note:

"Java SecureRandom Issue Causing Hangs When Using JDBC THIN Connect. (Doc ID 555036.1)"

I don't know how to find the EBS JDBC processes & add "-Djava.io.tmpdir=$HOME/tmpdir" as its execute parameter. This makes confused.

How to add "-Djava.io.tmpdir=$HOME/tmpdir" to EBS R12 JDBC process?

Anybody has ideas?
