Unable to import wsdl in tolls

Hi All,

I am trying to import an OSB wsdl in tools connected to local db, it is failing with the below error

Errors during processing:

There are no web service definitions to be generated.(SBL-EAI-04340)

Following are warnings generated in the process:

Neither the wsdl Wizrd nor tools log file gives any additional info or error other than the above error.


The wsdl does NOT have Service entry defined.  I did  try by adding a service entry in the wdsl with a dummy url, it still fails with the same error.

I am able to import XSDs referenced by the wsdl, individually.
