PSI Commitments not in Synch

Hi We have customised the view Pa_txn_commitments_v as per Oracle guidelines. However the PSI screen does not reflect the true picture.Having drilled deeper we have found that the PSI commitments and PSI commitment.We have also run the PRC: Update Project Summary Amounts for a Single Project ,the psi_txn_commitment_v shous the right details however the PSI seems to be to show wrong results.

Any body faces a similiar issue , any inputs and pointers on this would be great.
