Coverage of Service Contracts during Grace Period

Hi,

"Grace Period" is a period that begin after contract ends and provide to create new Service Request, to create charge lines on existing and new created service requests. The coverage of the contract is still valid during Grace Period.

I have realized during my test;

If the Service Request is created before grace period, the service activity which is coming from debrief or entered as a manual charge line is covered by contract.

If Service Request is created during grace period, the service activity that is coming from debrief is covered by the contract; however the service activity that is entered as a manual charge line
