View tabs are missing at Promotion screen on 8.1.1.11.9 open UI on Chrome

Hello Experts

View tabs (e.g. promotion details, Promotion Metrics) are missing at Promotion screen on 8.1.1.11.9 open UI, this issue is occurring sporadically and we are not able to reproduce the issue all the time.

System taking longer to render view tabs and thus, the user sees such anomalies on the UI but again on next login, that’s not the case as all the tabs, columns, etc. are visible.

Sometime the tabs were being rendered in a different color and the added PG were not appearing.

On few scenario we are able to fix the issue after deleting the SPF file. We are not sure whether the spf file is getting corrupted and due to that we are facing the issue, in such case how we can validate the spf file whether it is corrupted or not.
