FPA_PROCESS_PVT is invalid

hi All

object APPS.FPA_PROCESS_PVT is invalid. we are testing a solution from Oracle Project partner to create projects through API where we found the seeded oracle package FPA_PROCESS_PVT is invalid. can you please guide how this package could be in VALID state, is there any patching cause such issue?

we check our production version and it looks this is invalid
