How to delete the data in Plant resources

Hi,

Any Please let me know is there any process to delete the data in the Plant Resources form in Process Engineer responsibility. Actually we have uploaded Generic Resources in Plant resources.

Appreciate , if any provide the solution apart from Inactive.
