order header total zero but lines are pennies

Hi All,

Is there a simple fix to rounding issues in autoinvoice?

For example I have an order where the header total is 0.00 but the line has -0.01.  Autoinvoice is erroring because of the -0.01.  I can fix in the interface but am looking for a more permanent solution so that we do not need to adjust through the interface.
