Time Entry Lock Code and Interim Payroll Entry Screen

I need some assistance with my 9.1 JDE Interim Entry and Time Entry Screen.  There is a web exception error and I am trying to trouble shoot but I am not sure what the M means under the employee time entry screen when it normally would be I for interim.   Can somoene assist - attachment is below as well as I am trying to find out how to get aroudn this web exception error when entering an interim in for payroll.  Payroll will kick off today and I need assistance to get this resolved ASAP - any assistance is greatly appreciated.
