Gantt chart enhancement function is not working

I would like to use Gantt chart enhancement funtions of R12 (Pegging, critical path etc...)

But, i can't push the detail button of enhancement functions.

I can see the gantt chart. and can see the all enhancement detail button.

But, i can't push detail button like just background picture.
I can push only main button. but main button also can't change any gantt view.

Is this java or explore problem? or other technical problem of my laptop?
Please help me. why can't click detail button of enhancement function?
I use window 7, and 1.7.0_60 java.
