Install, Upgrade, Clone, Patch - EBS (MOSC)

after successfull install of ebs 12.1 cannot open the apps.

I have successfully installed the ebs12.1 instance

So I pushed the connect to oracle app release 12.1.1

and I got the following  RW50028 unable to launch a browser as no refere3nces were found in the path

I then went in and started the database and listener

oracle@erieoracle VIS_erieoracle]$ ./addlnctl.sh start VIS

You are running addlnctl.sh version 120.1.12010000.2

Logfile: /d01/oracle/VIS/db/tech_st/11.1.0/appsutil/log/VIS_erieoracle/addlnctl.txt

Starting listener process VIS ...

Listener VIS has already been started.

addlnctl.sh: exiting with status 0

I set the following

ORACLE_SID=11.1.0
export ORACLE_SID
ORACLE_HOME=/d01/oracle/VIS/db/tech_st/11.1.0
