Running engine in Development/Cloned Environment

Hi, looking for some help as I've exhausted all other avenues - I think! :-)


Created duplicate environment on another server (clone via exp/imp and Custom Application install as well as same versions/patches applied to both environments) of Production:

Windows Server 2008 R2

Oracle 32-bit Client 11.2.0.4 (same version of Oracle Database)

Demantra 12.2.3

Production environment runs engine fine, Dev/Clone environment (on a separate server) returns the following error:


Database connection string: Provider=MSDAORA;Data Source=DEM_LOCAL User: DEMDM

ERROR ---------------------------------------------------------------

ERROR Database Error [db_win.cpp,135]

ERROR   - Source: ADODB.Connection

ERROR   - Description: Provider cannot be found. It may not be properly installed.
