Siebel File System Sizing

Are there any considerations to be be aware of when sizing the Siebel File System for 8.2.2.4.  For ex: if the number of documents migrated from the legacy system is too high, will it cause any performance issues (knowing that disk storage space is not an issue as sufficient diskspace will be alloted).
