Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Issues creating non-XA generic Datasource

Hi Team,

Customer trying to create non-XA generic datasource.

The following steps were followed to create:

1.Create Generic Data Source via admin console.
2. Data base type: MS SQL Server
3. Database driver: Other
4. Transaction Options: Supports Global Transactions (checked), One-Phase Commit
5. Connection properties as required by their MS SQL Server.
6. Driver Class Name: net.sourceforge.jtds.jdbcx.JtdsDataSource, URL: jdbc:jtds:sqlserver://[host]:[port]
7. Assign target and finish."

After creating the datasource, the transaction tabs are showing the option of a XA datasource.

Please look into the attached screenshot of the current problametic view and the expected view.
