2 questions: 1 - default viewer access; 2 - deliquency notifications

We are transitioning from another reconciliation software to ARM (Implementing ARM brand new).

2 questions:

(1) Is there a way to have a team of viewers to have viewer access to all reconciliations by default?

Our power users would like to avoid adding this access manually each time a profile is created in ARM.

(2) Deliquency notifications are sent to preparers and reviewers.

We would like to have some users (supervisor level) to receive deliquency notifications, but

avoid sending these users other notifications (status change, due date reminders).

That is, these users would like to be notified when (and only when) reconciliations are delinquent.
