Sales Order creating Reservation Quantity zero &Many Job orders are created with zero quantity

Problem Description

When we create ATO sales order and Book, Auto create final assembly schedule creates one job order with zero quantity each run (Schedule time is 5 min)

Steps:

1.Item with ATO flag enabled is entered and booked as Sales order

2.Order status got changed to Supply Partial(We have some stock in the warehouse)

3.Auto create final assembly(ACFA) Program scheduled with interval of 5 mins

4. ACFA picks the above order and created Job order for the remaining quantity

5.But ACFA is generating Job orders with zero(.00001) quantity in each run after first order got created

6. So against one sales order multiple Job orders are keep on creating with Zero Quantity
