Can we Open IE window in Chrome in Siebel Open UI?

Hi,

We are upgrading to 8.1.1.11 from HI.

We have an issue while opening an extenral URL with Window.Open(URL) command in Siebel Open UI.

In HI, it works because of ActiveX controls. We are going to use Chrome going forward with Open UI.

We are looking at option of opening the IE window from a button click in Chrome. Is it possible to Open IE window? using Clib or Symbolic URL etc?
