T4-1 CPU and DIMM missing

Hi,

I am currently dealing with this particular server. There are a total of 16gb of memory in the server. However it is currently showing as 8gb.

And also the number of CPU is missing from 8 to 15.

I have looked through the explorer log and I did not see any LDOM being configured. SPconfig is also on factory-default.

All 4 DIMMs are in OK state in the ILOM snapshot. No fault in fmadm. No amber light.

However i noticed that the firmware version is very low.

any idea if this is due to a bug or hardware issue?
