How the Communication Request Detail view is set-up vs. Recipients Groups?
Dear Oracle Community,
We have custom eEvents application that is sending to various Recipients Groups emails. The application was created long time ago by team that is not any more present. Recently we have extended this Recipients group to the Clubs Subscribers. Now when Club Admin created emails for Club Subscribers in the Details view he is seeing only the IDs instead of the First / Last Name of the recipient. I tried to find out when this customization is done, but I can’t figure out how this Recipients List applet is dynamically changed when the Recipient Group is changing. |
