11.5.9 to 12.1 Pre Upgrade Patching Questions

This thread should answer your following question 

As per the same MOS note 444524.1 ,below patches are applicable for 11.5.9 or 11.5.10:

4429906 - Business Intelligence System Patchset 11i.BIS.L

and

5212746 - Business Intelligence System Delta Patchset 11i.BIS.L.delta.4

But 4458450 patch is a pre-requisite for 4429906 patch and pre-requisite for that patch is upgrade to 11.5.10.

Please advise if we can ignore this patch.
