EBS R12 - link between a Conc.Manager and the command ora_rw20_run

Hello,

Context:

Exists a concurrent program calling Oracle Report.

One request launched for this concurrent program.

A standard concurrent manager executes this request. But it exist another process running for the OS command 

ora_rw20_run.

What's the link between the concurrent manager and the process ora_rw20_run?

Could you explain me how does it works?
