Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. OSP Job modifications-Getting Notification emails.

Hi Team,

After creating a PR from a OSP job, we try to increase the Job Qty and save the record.

For this new addition qty, a new PR is created and we get some notifications like below....

"Action Required:PO:XXXXXXX: assembly shipment to XXXXXX required approval".

Is this a standard functionality and we do not do any setup in the system for receiving this type of notifications.

please advise!
