Unable to create orders from Depot Repair. Getting Invalid Unit of measure on the item error.

Hi,

I am unable to book any order from Depot Repair screen. The logistics line fail with the error - Error Messages from Order Management - Invalid Unit of Measure for the item.

I am trying to debug and have checked the multiple setups.

• The item is assigned to the Item Validation Org, Service Validation Org, OM Validation Org, Item Master Org and Transaction org.
• The price list has the UOM of the item
• The same item was used on another order with the same customer addresses and price list. The order got booked.

This is strange and we have not faced this issue earlier. The only Red Flag for me is that when I am trying to create a manual order, the warehouse is not defaulting. Ideally it should default. Can somebody please help me find out how can I identify which defaulting rule is working on my order. Is there a way to manually default the Warehouse on demand (by applying a particular defaulting rule).
