How customize ASCP Workbench having FP Rule on the form

I have requiremen to fire a FP rule on ASCP Planning workbench to show a message whenever user click on 'Release' check box on the workbench. FP rule working fine if user click/check Release check box but when user go to Plan--->Select All for Release then FP rule is not firing. I even want to fire FP rule for all the lines when user select this option. Please suggest!!
