Partial Order setup at customer master level

Hi,

I am using JDE9.1, If I setup customer for non partial( Order level) will it stop my confirmshipment if I am not selecting all the lines for shipment at a time.

Also, Do we have order level control and partial, like if one customer do not accept partial order but he may allow for few orders.
