100% Match DBA Has Unexpected Hours Worked Value

Using Doc ID 635167.1, I am trying to setup DBA 8310 (Global Sick Time) as a 100% Match of DBA 8026 (US-Sick Time).  I have assigned both DBA's to my employee.  My expectation is that the Gross Pay and Hours Worked values for DBA 8310 will match those of DBA 8026 for the same timecard in F0709 when I run pre-payroll.  However, for DBA 8310, the Hours Worked value is equal to the Gross Pay value instead.  Does anyone know why this might be?
