Stuck in Move Transact - Pick Wave - MTL_TXN_REQUEST_LINES

Hi All,

This is on 11.5.10.2

Here is the issue.

1. One order as 5 lines with 5 different items.

2. 4 lines progressed fined with Picked Status

3. One line with Item #ABC is stuck in "Awaiting Shipping"

4. The move transact form will keep showing up that line infinite times without closing.

5. When I checked under inventory>>Pending transactions - I found that the transaction is stuck in MTL_MATERIAL_TRANSACTIONS_TEMP

6. The process flag is 1 and transaction status is 2 , which stands for Allocated.

7. I can not resubmit this record for further processing using Pending transaction form.  It says update protected.

8. One more symptom is when  I query all 5 lines for that sales order in MTL_TXN_REQUEST_LINES,  four lines that went thru fine has transaction header id populated and line status shows number 5 as value.
