How to create records in siebel BC from using RSST "Row Set" Property Set?

Hello Friends,

I'm building Shipping Web Service to calculate the different Ship methods Prices. I want to leverage the Siebel OOB WF "Web Channel Pricing Driver Workflow - PSP".

I have copied the same OOB Workflow named to "Calculate Shipping Pricing Driver - PSP" and steps are mentioned below

1. Querying the "PDS Order" IO using the "EAI Siebel Adapter" "Query" method using the Order Id as Primary Id.
   I/P - Order Id
   O/P - Siebel Message
2. OOB Step "Transfer Order IO to PS" BS "EAI Integration Object to XML Hierarchy Converter" method "IntObjHierToPSHier"
   I/P - SiebelMessage
   O/P - Header
