WTG-10106: Failed to logon to Web-to-Go

Hi All,

After changing EBS password (using SYSADMIN), when user is doing login into MFS laptop (i.e. web to go application), error is coming as 'WTG-10106: Failed to logon to Web-to-Go!'.

EBS Password is also not staring from numeric (as in MOS note).

What can be done in this to resolve it.
