Whether lbconfig.txt file is required for thrid party load balancing.

Hello Experts,

Could you please confirm whether we have to generate and use lbconfig.txt file, if we are using Least Connections method on third party load balancing ?

User browser session closed with server busy message, while working on siebel application and sometimes when we launch the application it is throwing server busy error message. This is happening sporadically,

Is this due to Least Connections method used in ACE load balancing ? or LB config.txt was not used during the configuration of Load balancing ?

Thanks
