How to remove error generated by text substitution error

I have a situation where on checking the condition the error will be set by text substitution error bsfn, and after deleting the error rows it should clear the form level error raised by the bsfn .

Now i'm unable to clear the error (also i don't want to clear all other  errors, so unable to use reset error c API as it is going to reset all the errors  .).

If you know about it, please let me know .
