Not able to install 8.1.1.11 Siebel Tools on top of Siebel 8.1.1 SIA

Problem Description

I have already instanced Siebel Client 8.1.1..11 on top of siebel 8.1.1.1 client.

But able to install Siebel install 8.1.1.11 Siebel Tools on top of Siebel 8.1.1 SIA.

Getting bellow error

I trying to install in on Windows Server 2008 .

Please advise.

Oracle Home Location: \Siebel81111_Tools

Oracle Home Name: Tools

Backup Started from: \Siebel81111_Tools

Backup Failed..Cannot Apply Patchset
