R12.1.3 : Error Generating ARXRWRCT.fmb and ARXRWMAI.fmb after applying patches 19125641 and 1777475

Hello,

For both forms ARXRWRCT.fmb and ARXRWMAI.fmb the corresponding executables are not created after we applied patches 19125641 (R12.1: RECEIVABLES RECOMMENDED PATCH COLLECTION (RPC), AUG 2014) and 17774755.1 (Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.1.3+ Recommended Patch Collection 1 [RPC1]).

Problem is caused by version 120.74.12010000.63 from form ARXRWRCT.fmb in which record group RGW_FIND_TAXPAYER_ID results in FRM-30064 when generating the fmx file.
