How to find the employee associated with a contact in HCM

If look in the Find Person search screen in Oracle HCM eBusiness Suite R12.1.13, you can search for and find employees, contingent workers and contacts.   If you select a contact, how would you then find out which employee or contingent worker is associated with that contact?   I don't see a place for that in the screens.
