error in report

Hi,

step to reproduce the issue on web

1_BV to submit a report

2_on latest form, by pressing OK display an error

but if  before press tabprint properties and then OK again issue doesn't display

what could be happening? I believe by pressing tab doesn't update nothing however resolve  becouse submit the report, it rarelly!
