User DN keeps locking out

Hi All,

We currently in the process of implementing HFM 11.1.2.3.500. We are now having issues on the Active Directory users. Whenever we used our network userid, we're getting inconsistent response from workspace. Sometimes it works and sometimes doesn't.

Our MSAD IT person noticed that the Global user keeps locking out. We suspected that this might be causing the issues in workspace. We switched our user to Native Directory and everything is working fine for three weeks now. We already opened an SR, but just wanted to know if anyone in this group encountered same issues and the resolutions to fixed it.
