Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. case insensitive setting

We use RH 6.4  linux  x86_64 with Oracle 11.2.0.4 (Linux)

We have the same third party application in two environments (TEST and PROD) that use an instance DB Oracle 11.2.0.4 g  (TEST and PROD).

From the application we start a search with key:  'Ebola' or 'ebola', the system returns different set of documents in PROD as in TEST . I would like to check if the origin of this problem could be in the initialisation parameters/ or setting in Oracle DB . Do you know please witch parameters or setting  variables should be verified ?
