Bursting - name of attachment in email

I have bursting working on a publisher report that runs for all employees.   I added bursting on employee id so that a separate PDF attachment file

is emailed to each employee.  My problem is I don't know if and how I can name the attachment file.  BI publisher chooses the name such as Output_1112.pdf, Output_4456.pdf etc.

I would like to name the file based on employee last name or employee number.   Can that be done ? If so, how ? I am using 11.1.1.7.

Below is my sql query for the bursting definition.  I was hoping some where in here I can specify the file names, but don't think so.  Is there bursting control files I could use, or is that something only in EBS. ? I don't have EBS, this is a stand alone bi publisher report.
