How to implement Project Management with PPR
Hello,
We are on R12 .1.3 and have been using the projects module for some time now. A request has been made to use the Financial Plans on any of our new projects and then convert our existing projects by running the
UPG: Upgrade Budget Types and Budget Versions concurrent request. Has anyone done this in the past and achieved good results? Are there any available documents that show the setups and step-by-step instructions to achieve this? i know there are several PRC: processes that need to be run, plus how does the Project Performance Reporting work. Anyone aware of web-based / on-line classes available?
