How to change date format in SIM 13.2.x?

Hi All,

I have a requirement from the business to change the date format in SIM to DD/MM/YYYY.

I found the note 1504985.1 "How To Change Date Format For Countries Other Than U.S.?", I followed the instructions and changed the date.cfg file in the only place where I found it, under the wireless directory, that I think is only for wavelink, but as I mentioned it was the only one I found.  After the changes, I restarted SIM and the date format is still MM/DD/YYYY

Does anyone know another way to change the date format?
