RFI - Internal Collaboration

Hi,

Is there a way we can use Sourcing RFI for internal (within organization) collaboration, between different departments, say engineering and procurement? We do have the RFI negotiation style 'Supplier Qualitative Performance Evaluation' than can be used to solicit feedback internally about a supplier's performance. However this negotiation style doesn't have 'Line Controls' in it, hence cannot be used.

We want to use the RFI tool for internal org collaboration. Engineering would like to share a routing sheet with procurement, so that the procurement team can work on it and log RFQs with suppliers, depending on requirements?

Any suggestions/views on how we can achieve this using RFIs?
