RMA process

Hi,

I am using JDE9.1 , For RMA do we have any presentation on Oracle or you can attached to this questions. I have Oracle document on RMA process.

-In RMA if I am creating PO (OM) for receiving material then do i need to attache my customer to AP.

-How RMA gets closed in JDE, Do we have any status?
