unable to open requisition form

We are using ebs version 12.1.3

One user said he was not able to open requisition form today. It was working yesterday. I was able to bring up that form with no issue. When he click on the requisition form, his screen will show a hand with yellow star and a red exclamation point. My suspicion is that his java has issue. He told me he did upgrade adobe acrobat today. Could gurus please advise?
