E9 WLS How to autostart PD900 html instance after server restart

Hi, pls advice how to configure webserver to autostart WLS html instance eg..PD900, PY900 as shown in the attachment...?

can i use this script from this folder

Oracle WebLogic 3.1.5 and 3.1.6

<weblogic_server_install_location>\wlserver_10.3\server\bin

3. Start the Node Manager by executing this script from the command prompt:

> startNodeManager.cmd

Then use windows scheduler to run the script upon windows startup
