Does anyone know where to find how to map the HR Rules from PeopleSoft to HCP outside of the default

I am trying to find a document that lists how to map the peoplesoft stg table columns to HCP (Public Sector Budgeting and Planning).  There is the predefined template but many items seem to be missing.  Is there a document?  It is not in the erpi guide or the public sector budeting and planning guide.
